Terms and Conditions


All enrolled students on the 'How To Develop your X Factor 1:1 mentoring' course are bound by the 'How To Develop your X Factor' rules and regulations. All students will have Kerrie-Anne as their personal mentor. In these terms and conditions, 'How To Develop your X Factor 1:1 mentoring' is abbreviated to HTDYXF. Upon enrolling on the course, the following terms will be understood:




  • HTDYXF reserves the right to refuse the admission of any student on the course.

  • Punctuality is of utmost importance, students are asked to be ready at least 10 minutes before each session starts.

  • Class numbers and places are strictly limited. Due to the high demand, students may have to join a waiting list in order to obtain a place.

  • HTDYXF reserves the right to make changes to the timetable in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Where a session of a HTDYXF Activity has to be cancelled or rescheduled by HTDYXF, Kerrie-Anne will give as much notice as possible. In the event of a last minute session cancellation or reschedule, you will be notified by email, text message, a call to your mobile phone or through a designated HTDYXF social media site.

  • Parents must ensure that they provide HTDYXF with up-to-date contact details.

  • In the event that a Student is unable to attend a HTDYXF Activity session, due to sickness, holiday or a decision by the Parent or Student not to attend, HTDYXF regrets that it is unable to refund any payment

  • Seeions maybe rescheduled at the descretion of 'HTDYXF'


    Behaviour and code of conduct


  • At all times, students are required to perform to the best of their ability.

  • Students are expected to be polite, attentive and respectful of all members of the team.

  • Where a student is exhibiting disruptive and disrespectful behaviour warnings will be given. The first warning is issued verbally, the second warning will be issued in writing. Upon the third misdemeanour, the student will be removed from the course and not eligible to reapply within six (6) months.

  • The use of mobile phones outside Kerrie-Anne's instruction is prohibited during the session.

  • Punctuality is of utmost importance, students are asked to be ready at least 10 minutes before each session starts.

  • During trips to the recording/ rehearsing studios, performances and/or events, students must behave appropriately and professionally representing HTDYXF and Kerrie-Anne. 



    Health and Safety


  • Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform HTDYXF and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition. All application forms must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified to HTDYXF immediately in writing.

  • Students are given suggestions for looking after themselves and their voice. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

  • If you are unsure whether a student should participate in any activity please consult the student's GP before enrolling the student on the course.


     Data protection and intellectual property


  • HTDYXF will not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 

  • HTDYXF will from time to time take photographs and film footage of Students during sessions, Workshops, Holiday Workshops/Camps and performances for use in HTDYXF marketing and publicity material. HTDYXF will not make such photographs or film footage available of any Student who objects or whose Parent objects. Objections should be emailed to

  • HTDYXF owns all the rights, title and interest in and to its websites, including software, text and media and its trademarks, logos and brand elements. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects or licenses the ownership of these rights. Any intellectual property created during any Course or workshop is owned by HTDYXF.




  • Each course lasts a total of 8 hours which can be scheduled according to mutually agreed dates between Kerrie-Anne and the student. These 8 hours must be taken within the time of 3 months.

  • The sessions are supplemented with the HTDYXF online course material. Students must always consult the material prior to beginning each session.

  • Students may choose to double up their sessions but no more than 2 hours per session.

  • Students should wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement.

Fly-In visit

  • Fly-in visits cover the duration of seven (7) days

  • Within the visit HTDYXF covers flights, accommodation rehearsal space, light refreshments

  • If students opt to fly-in to Kerrie-Anne's location, this will be arrange by HTDYXF at additional costs. 


    Fees and Payment


  • All fees are strictly payable in advance; no student is allowed to receive any session until they are up-to-date with their course fees.

  • Payment is to be submitted by PayPal or as agreed by email.

  • If you choose payment Options 2-4 then you will be notified by email seven (7) days before each of your next instalments are due.

  • Fees cannot be refunded if a student decides to leave during the course. Fees will only be reimbursed if a student has to leave for medical purposes in which, a Doctor’s letter will be required if the matter goes into dispute.

  • HTDYXF may, at its discretion, offer the second child of the same family attending the course at the same time, a sibling discount of up to 20 percent (20%) on course fees. This discretionary sibling discount will only apply if HTDYXF is notified of the sibling relationship at the time the enrolment of the second child

  • Only one discount may apply against the Course fee for an individual child at any one time.

  • Upon booking, 15% of the payment is due. This is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • You may cancel the Course within five (5) days of making the first instalment

  • HTDYXF course fees are reviewed annually and may be increased in September of each year
